About the role

Alto Blacktown, a multi franchised motor vehicle dealership representing Volkswagen, MG and Isuzu UTE is looking for candidates who would like to begin their automotive career in the fields of vehicle SALES and FINANCE. This is a great opportunity to be part of a structured traineeship program where you can learn everything there is to know about the industry as you grow towards placement into one of the sales or finance teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the sales and finance teams to achieve KPI's
  • On the job training for either a new vehicle sales or business manager role
  • Enrolment into the Alto traineeship program where you will be trained in all facets of the role
  • Liaising with customers to assist in the purchase of a vehicle or vehicle finance

What we're looking for

  • A keen interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A great attitude and the ability to adapt to different situations

This is a full time position with a 5 day working week including Saturday rostering. Previous customer facing experience is highly regarded. Must have a valid drivers licence.
