**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer enquiries from fund members and employers promptly and professionally, providing accurate advice on Vision Super's products and services.
- Arrange and conduct general superannuation advice interviews for members and their partners.
- Participate in outbound calling and targeted member marketing campaigns, including welcoming new members to the fund and identifying opportunities for members to make the most of their superannuation entitlements.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the superannuation industry, Vision Super's products, performance, and investment results.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives as requested to support the team and wider business objectives.
**About You**:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant with:
- 1-3 years' experience in an inbound calling role within the financial services sector.
- A clear ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and effective manner, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative skills and good proficiency in general computer and numeracy skills.
- The ability to adapt to a range of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- A willingness to complete the necessary qualifications (e.g. Super Foundations (ASFA) and RG146 Superannuation).
**Desirable Skills**:
- Previous experience in superannuation or financial services roles would be advantageous.
- Other relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded.
