Overview

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT – NIGHT SHIFT

Paywise is seeking a Night Shift Customer Experience Consultant to be the initial point of contact for clients utilising our salary packaging and novated leasing services. In this role you will provide high-quality service and help customers navigate our range of benefit offerings. The Customer Experience (CX) team is based in Melbourne CBD. The first 1-2 months involve day shifts for training purposes.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Night Shift Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
  • Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
  • Participating in quality assurance projects.
About You

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Prior contact centre experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is valued.
