**What you'll do**
You'll join as the first step towards our next generation Marketing function. We're looking for a marketing leader to shape and execute our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting how we add value to the global legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption.
Starting as a team of one, you will play both a key strategic and delivery role until you have set the strategy and built your team. You'll partner with an experienced team of global Marketers and regional CEO's to drive brand awareness through global content creation (podcasts, videos), website and socials.
**To make this happen, the Head of Marketing will**:
- Partner with regional marketing teams to deliver marketing campaigns across channels. Identify measures of success, track metrics, ensure alignment of global and regional messaging, gather feedback and lessons, and report progress to the CEO.
- Identify and assess activities coming from the Development team that are valuable for the business to market.
- Build product marketing strategies to improve the success of our solutions in the market, increase feature or product usage, and sales of LEAP products.
- Use your deep understanding of lawyers' everyday challenges to create content that succinctly explains how LEAP and our world-class integrations help solve their problems.
- Gather client feedback from the business to effectively tailor content that improves overall customer satisfaction.
- Be the internal and external champion for our full solutions set and monitor the performance of solutions to educate key stakeholders.
- Use your deep understanding of the markets we serve to build accurate and detailed personas that inform sales and marketing activities.
- Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and regularly present to the Global Executive team.
- Manage applicable marketing budgets not managed by the regions.
**Requirements**:
**What you'll bring**
You're an experienced B2B Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager who's ideally worked in SaaS or marketed to the professional services industry. On top of that you might have:
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams internally and externally with vision, clarity and collaboration
