-Our Commodities and Global Markets Design team is dedicated to delivering human-centred solutions within the Commodities and Global Markets Group. By aligning data, digital, design, and engineering, we elevate digital experiences and reimagine how we deliver value for customers.
You will be joining a newly formed team dedicated to the design and architecture space across the entire Commodities and Global Markets business. Our team supports efforts to align data, digital, design, and engineering to better manage delivery prioritisation, investment decisions, and business aspirations.

As the Head of Design, you will drive the overall design vision and strategy across the group. Leading a team of talented designers, you will foster a collaborative and innovative environment to create outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with the architecture team and other business stakeholders to reimagine complex digital and data structures, improving processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.- What you offer
