Posted on: 7/30/2025 - Apply before: 8/30/2025In this role you will achieve LP Gas sales budget being agreed sales volume, margin and product group objectives.What you will enjoy doingYou take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipelineMaintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible, you definitely do not like sitting in an officeCustomer Management: Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas' high value commercial customers in your regionFurthermore, you will be self generating New Business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to ElgasYou will skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customerIn addition to this, you will collaborate closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting networkMaintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your regionWhat makes you greatDemonstrated sales experience from any industry with strong negotiation skillsYour strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales will aid you well in this positionYou enjoy being out of the office in front of people, you take initiative and are a self-starter with very good time management skills.
You'll be given a company vehicle, plus all tools of trade to operate autonomouslyPossess an excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation.
