As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated, capable, and proactive Service Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and be the go-to person for staff and participants.About the Role:As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily functioning of client services, staff coordination, and operational compliance.
You will work closely with the Director, Admin team, and Rostering team—but you will be the key person overseeing and driving service delivery outcomes.This role suits someone with exceptional leadership, initiative, and a strong understanding of NDIS operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all programs and client servicesManage client intake, ensure all documentation and onboarding is completed correctlySupport new staff onboarding and readiness for shifts (working closely with Admin)Be the primary escalation point for staff and client concernsMonitor service quality and ensure all supports are aligned with participant goalsLiaise with participants, families, and external stakeholders professionallyMaintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and ensure the business remains audit-readyLead and attend internal and external meetings, represent the organisation confidentlyAddress and resolve day-to-day issues and concerns across the teamSupport continuous improvement and identify operational gapsContribute to the growth and success of the company through strategic input and leadershipAssist with incident management, documentation, and reporting as requiredOversee collaboration between the care, rostering, and admin teamsEnsure timely follow-up on tasks delegated from the DirectorWhat We're Looking For:Experience in disability, aged care, or community services (NDIS experience essential)Strong understanding of NDIS compliance, reporting, and safeguarding obligationsExcellent problem-solving and leadership skillsSelf-motivated and able to make confident decisions independentlyAble to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressureProfessional communication with both internal staff and external stakeholdersTech-savvy with experience using platforms like ShiftCare, Google Workspace, Xero (or similar)Willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever neededThis Role Is For You If:You want to lead a passionate team and make a measurable impactYou thrive in a supportive but autonomous environmentYou are committed to participant wellbeing, staff development, and organisational excellenceUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
