Service Manager - Box Hill SDA Apartments & Glenroy Female Only SIL

Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives? Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead two unique services: a modern SDA apartment block in Box Hill and a female-only SIL house in Glenroy.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care.
  • Oversee service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting.
  • Foster a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
  • Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High integrity, reliability, and time management
  • Understanding of SDA and concierge service models (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (desirable)
