Job Title: Service Manager- Box Hill SDA

This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in disability support.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care, overseeing service delivery including staffing, quality, risk and budgeting. They will foster a culture of growth, wellbeing and continuous improvement, collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care and build strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional person-centred care
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring excellence in quality, safety and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies for staff development, growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
  • Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High integrity, reliability and time management
  • Understanding of SDA and concierge service models desirable
  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Allied Health desirable

To be Successful:

  • Provide immunisation status, including COVID
  • Hold NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Hold a driver's licence
  • Hold First Aid & CPR certificates

  • Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
