Overview
Channel Activation Executive – Off Premise
Based in the Adelaide CBD and reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, you will provide a focus on Shopper Activation Marketing.
You will deliver tailored services for brands in the portfolio and SSS/NA customers and ensure activities are aligned with brand objectives and responsive to market dynamics.
Key brands you will work with include Yalumba, Jansz, Oxford Landing, Brokenwood, Vasse Felix, Wirra Wirra and Jim Barry; just to name a few
Responsibilities
Partner with Brand Owners and Channel Sales teams to develop channel marketing plans that align with brand, customer, and distribution strategies and budgets.
Drive delivery of shopper activations, retail media, and marketing campaigns that create "three-way wins" for Principals, customers, and the business.
Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with Principal partners, ensuring timely, best-in-class activations in market.
Lead the execution of retail media and customer-led campaigns, ensuring alignment with Principal objectives, customer priorities, and category growth strategies.
Oversee A&P budgets for Shopper Activation and Retail Media within the retail channel, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
Coordinate in-field merchandising and project delivery to meet agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Champion cross-functional engagement across HSFE Directorates, ensuring the customer remains central to marketing and commercial decision-making.
About you
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Brand or Customer Marketing, with exposure to working alongside third-party distributors or retailers highly regarded.
A strong understanding of marketing within the liquor trade is particularly desirable, supported by tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commercial, or E-Commerce disciplines.
Highly self-motivated and performance-driven, the candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced environments and the ability to problem-solve effectively when faced with ambiguity or competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base, are essential to success in this role.
