Multiple locations - Flexible work arrangements - Part-time or job-sharing options available We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer to join a dynamic and inclusive team delivering high-quality administrative and operational support in a national service environment.
These roles are available in Mt Gravatt QLD, Lismore NSW, Hobart TAS, Melbourne VIC, and Elizabeth SA, with flexible work arrangements including part-time and job-sharing options.
As a Customer Service Officer / Service Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery teams by providing frontline customer service and a broad range of administrative functions.
These positions offer a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
The successful Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to: Provide high-quality frontline support as the first point of contact via phone, email, SMS, and in person, including appointment scheduling and client record management.
Deliver comprehensive administrative support across service streams, including data entry, correspondence, and workflow coordination.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and internal programs.
Support operational functions such as travel arrangements, invoice processing, reporting, and compliance with workplace policies.
The successful Customer Service Officers/ Service Support Officer must have: Provide high-quality frontline support as the first point of contact via phone, email, SMS, and in person, including appointment scheduling and client record management.
Deliver comprehensive administrative support across service streams, including data entry, correspondence, and workflow coordination.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and internal programs.
Support operational functions such as travel arrangements, invoice processing, reporting, and compliance with workplace policies.
