Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service via check in and reservations process and in communicating with the marine crew.

This involves ensuring that the check in and reservations process is efficient, customer-friendly, and maintaining accurate cash till and electronic banking records.

You will also be responsible for assisting with reporting systems, stock levels, data entry, ordering, presentation, and cleanliness of the work areas.
