Australia Becks Workforce Full time

An exciting opportunity has become available for a experienced Sales Assistant, plumbing supplies. You will be working for a reputable, well established manufacturing company located in Sydney's south, offering excellent working conditions. Initially employed as a casual staff member, working a minimum of 38 hours per week and to become a permanent employee after the qualifying period. Position also offers a competitive above award hourly rate, with overtime.

**Main responsibilities,**
- Assist customers on location of products.
- Process customer transactions.
- Manage Customer accounts.
- Take phone enquires.
- Balance cash registers at end of day.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are meet.

**Experience and requirements,**
- Retail sales experience, within Building and Home Improvement, advantageous.
- Neat and tidy appearance, a bright, cheerful personality and pleasant telephone manner.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with POS, cash, computer and credit card transactions.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to succeed.
