**What will you do?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our sales team working across our Deborah Cheetham and Charles Brownlow Retirement Villages in Highton and Ocean Grove. You will be key in providing support to the Sales Advisors with administrative tasks as well as:

- Hosting potential residents and sharing knowledge about life in a Ryman village - you will be our go to with creating a welcoming atmosphere within our show villa / unit
- Answering queries and coordinating appointments with the sales team
- General Administration to support the Sales Advisors
- Willing to assist on open days including showing prospects through the village

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend days for events / open days as required. This position will be working across Highton and Ocean Grove.

- You are passionate, energetic with a 'can-do' attitude, driven to provide the best experience for our potential residents, their families and your teammates.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Affinity with elderly and great relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, ability to embrace new technology and use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
- Have a keen interest in developing your skills, use initiative and follow up on tasks through to completion
- Hone your telephone skills making contact with our Ryman prospects
