Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Law Student to join their dynamic team. You will be joining a well-established Sydney CBD law firm gaining hands-on experience in property law.

We are working with a professional services firm that provides legal, compliance, and advisory services and solutions for a variety of business problems. About the Role
Assist in drafting and reviewing property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Support senior paralegals and solicitors with administrative and clerical tasks related to property transactions.
Assist with the preparation of settlement statements and other relevant documents through PEXA.
General office support, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
About You
This role is suited towards a law student looking for part-time work who has:
Experience as a paralegal in the property law/conveyancing space.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
