This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine impact on the lives of people. As an Administration and Culture Support Specialist, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of human resources functions across the commission.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating induction sessions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact, providing an exceptional experience through clear, consistent and helpful guidance.
- Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and provide administrative assistance across human resources functions.
This is a great opportunity to build skills in HR administration while working in a collaborative and supportive team. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities, develop confidence working with systems and processes, and contribute to improving the employee experience.
