**Your Impact**:

- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Accurate forecasting and territory planning
- Account planning and strategic coaching for partner development
- Advocating for partners and helping them navigate the Salesforce ecosystem
- Supporting partner international expansion into EMEA and US markets
- Designing, implementing, and closing on technical and GTM joint value partnership campaigns

**Basic Requirements**:

- Consistent over-achievement of quota and revenue goals
- Strong account planning and execution skills
- Shown passion and expertise in leading go to market initiatives
- Ability to sell at C-Level and across Product Development and IT
- 8+ years of solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar
- Demonstrate consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- Successfully able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong technical and solution creation aptitude
- Strong time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication / presentation skills

- Passion and commitment for partner success
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, handle multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
