Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard and enable Channel, Alliance and Integration Partners
  • Understand the partner's business thoroughly, including market opportunity with technology partners – integration and white label technology Partners, ISV\'s, specialist AML and Data Consultancies and Service Providers
  • Create a valid business plan with assigned Partners, and execute this throughout the fiscal year to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with the Company\'s direct sales teams (Enterprise and Mid Market) and attend End User sales appointments with designated Partners where appropriate
  • Drive partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels and recruit new resell
  • Provide sales/marketing campaign support to resellers
  • Educate and train the assigned channels
Qualifications / Experience
  • 5+ years in Partnerships, Channel or Alliances Management
  • Proven experience developing a successful Partner program with partner recruitment and enablement
  • Experience working with partners at all levels (senior management through to sales and IT for integration)
  • Background in Data, Data Security, GRC or Fintech vendor/solutions provider is preferred
  • Growth mindset, results oriented and action driven
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team
  • Willingness to travel – ANZ focus
  • This role suits a Senior Partnerships Manager stepping up to Head of Partnerships with a proven record of identifying and onboarding Integration Technology Partners, ISVs & Data Consultancies
