About the role*

The Team Leader is responsible for building and maintaining high-performance software teams delivering world-class software for government and regulated industries. You will be responsible for providing software development services to project teams to help design and develop software solutions across our product suite of Web Applications to enable outstanding customer outcomes. You will also have the responsibility for the management and personal development of a diverse team of software engineers.
**What your day looks like**
- Manage a team of developers.
- Plan, execute, monitor and successfully deliver software development services.
- Motivate and energise your team. Provide clear goals and context.
- Continually improve processes and implement best practice in software development.
- Facilitate and contribute to technical decisions.
- Deliver on strategic team initiatives.

**What we are looking**
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience leading and managing software development teams in challenging and complex projects.
- A Strong leader capable of building a highly creative and productive environment reinforcing the team culture of accountability and outcome-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical challenges, goals, and solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
