Responsibilities About The Role Experience in a bustling, food-focused setting is highly preferred.
This role requires proficiency in people management, KPIs, food and wage cost analysis, and staying up to date with current food trends.
Ensuring kitchen staff are well-versed in menu items, preparation methods, and presentation.
Controlling food portioning and rotation to maintain cost efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
Cultivating strong relationships within the kitchen brigade and F&B service team.
Overseeing food procurement and inventory management to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Organizing and maintaining kitchen storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
About You We are seeking a dynamic individual with: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
A passion for culinary excellence, presentation, and guest experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Dedication to team development and training, fostering a positive and creative culinary culture.
Knowledge of relevant industry legislation and standards.
