We are currently looking for an Acquisitions Manager to join our Investments team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Head of Mixed Use Origination you will contribute to the group's growth strategies, by identifying and executing acquisition opportunities to strengthen Stockland's development pipeline across Mixed Use projects.

**About the Role**

In this key role you will be at the forefront of growing our future development pipelines by identifying and executing on new business opportunities. Working closely with the wider acquisitions teams you will be involved in partnering to achieve Stockland's growth targets.

In this dynamic and varied role your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- **Business Development**: Partner with leadership to drive new business opportunities and contribute to strategic bids and developments.
- **Financial Analysis**: Build feasibility assessments, detailed cash flow models, and support deal structuring and financial analysis.
- **Due Diligence**: Lead and coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
- **Approval Processes**: Manage and support internal approval processes and stakeholder engagement.
- **Procurement**: Assist in running procurement processes for key project elements.
- **Project Integration**: Support the integration of new projects into Stockland's development pipeline.
- **Networking**: Develop and maintain industry relationships to stay informed about new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Engage with internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.

**About you**

We're seeking a driven and engaged Acquisitions Manager or Development Manager to play a key role in identifying and securing new opportunities that align with our evolving strategy. These opportunities may span a range of asset classes, reflecting the diversity and ambition of our portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you'll be:

- Analytically strong, with a sharp commercial lens
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across a range of internal stakeholders and consultants
- Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly
- Confident in building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and managing key stakeholders

A relevant tertiary qualification will be essential to underpin your success in this role and support your continued career development within acquisitions and investments.
