We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our national blue-collar talent acquisition function. This is a key leadership role within our Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and delivering forward-thinking recruitment strategies that align with business priorities and help shape the future workforce across Australia.

**The ROLE**:
This role will see you lead a passionate and capable TA team that supports national and regional project needs across multiple disciplines. You'll be responsible for:

- Driving strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency and compliance
- Building and nurturing a high-performing team culture underpinned by agility, growth mindset and shared success
- Proactively engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to align talent acquisition outcomes to operational goals
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and building robust talent pipelines using market insights and best-in-class sourcing tools

**About YOU**:
You are a confident and capable leader who brings energy, direction, and deep expertise in talent acquisition. You know how to coach a team, influence stakeholders, and think strategically, whilst you still enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.

YOU will have:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end blue-collar talent acquisition in a heavy industrial, mining or contracting environment
- Strong people leadership skills and be someone who leads with integrity, drives team outcomes, and fosters development
- A growth mindset and natural curiosity that drives you to always look for ways to improve and innovate
- Solid working knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium, and talent analytics platforms
- Experience delivering against key workforce metrics, project ramp-ups and compliance standards
