Maroondah City Council is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Operations Centre team.

**The role**

Working as part of a small, friendly, office-based team, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high level administrative support to the Manager Operations, Operations Team Leaders and Supervisors including Minute taking and arranging of internal staff training where necessary.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns, and facilitate satisfactory resolution or outcome.
- Effective use of Corporate and Operations Centre software systems including Pathway and IPS, to manage data.
- When required, provide support to the Operations/Purchasing Officers to process purchase orders and invoices.
