**Your new opportunity**:
The **Truck** **Order Coordinator** will play a crucial role in our dynamic team monitoring our truck build schedule and maintaining orders. You will oversee and manage the order and delivery administration of Penske Australia's trucks including Western Star, MAN and Dennis Eagle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their expectations are not just met but exceeded.

In this role you will:

- Manage factory orders, including placement, amendment and cancellation.
- Ensure the accuracy of factory specifications against the original order.
- Prepare factory purchase orders, review and approve corresponding factory invoices.
- Cross check list pricing for all units on order and action variances on a routine basis.
- Prepare and issue quotes to dealers from the approved product portfolio.
- Create and maintain the gross margin analysis for each factory order.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in heavy vehicle sales operations or a support role.
- Product knowledge and familiarity with the heavy vehicle industry is essential
- Knowledge and experience of truck specifications and Australian vehicle type approval requirements
- Prior experience with European truck specification is highly desirable.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with management reporting, forecasting, and presenting.
- Customer focused with a problem-solving approach, high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, etc).
