Governance Reporting and Compliance Specialist

A permanent, full-time opportunity exists for a highly organized individual to join our Assurance and Resilience Division as a Governance Reporting & Administration Officer.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the Asset Services Group's contributions to regulatory and business reporting, and regulatory change proposals. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for audits and other governance activities.
This role plays a crucial part in preparing timely and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders and maintaining governance documentation and systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders from the Asset Services Group and corporate Risk and Regulation teams.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the Asset Services Group and Corporate Teams to coordinate inputs and reviews for regulatory and business reporting.
- Assist with coordination of feedback on key regulatory changes.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for end-to-end audit coordination impacting the Asset Services Group.
- Monitor and report on Group compliance with corporate requirements, identifying trends in compliance performance and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document governance processes to ensure visibility, clarity, and staff awareness of roles and responsibilities.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and facilitate proactive communication around reporting and regulatory changes and requirements.
- Ensure all reporting inputs meet quality standards in terms of completeness, clarity, and presentation.
