Digital Activation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Activation Specialist to drive our digital campaigns forward. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to set up and optimize campaigns across key digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and DV360.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure pacing aligns with goals and objectives.
- Adjust campaigns by modifying budgets, bids, and targeting based on performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues.
- Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimized for maximum impact.
- Optimize campaigns by tweaking targeting, bids, or creatives based on performance data.
- Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and alignment.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an activation or implementation role.
- Good experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360.
- A strong appetite to activate and optimize campaigns across digital platforms.
- Understanding of media KPIs, measurement, and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators: Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of how to measure the success of digital campaigns and use data-driven insights to inform their decisions.
