**The Opportunity**

One of our strong clients are looking for a

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Maintain**: program and project risk registers; including regular reviews and updates; and facilitating project risk workshops
- ** Update**: project documentation including establishment of a document library and control methods for finalised project documents
- ** Implement**: stakeholder communication plans to enhance customer and stakeholder relationships
- ** Support**: Provide administration support including schedule maintenance, monthly reporting, and resource management
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
- Demonstrated administration and organisational skills within desktop environments
- Demonstrated experience in the management of project governance board engagements
- Demonstrated Project Officer Competencies within the ICT field
