Project Support Officer (12 months x 12 months)

Baseline Security clearance (sponsorship to NV1 available)

**ROLE**
The Project Support Officer - Mobile Office Solution supports the team in the delivery, support, and recovery of the Mobile Office Solution for major events, such as a Referendum or Federal Election. The AEC's Mobile Office Solution delivers ICT capability into temporary Out-posted centre warehouses.

These warehouses are used to stage, facilitate, and process the ballot papers resulting from major events. This role requires a Project Support Officer with experience and knowledge of logistics. The role sits within the IT Infrastructure Section of the Digital Technology Branch.

**YOU**
- Proven ability to support projects under a tight schedule
- Baseline Security clearance or higher (sponsorship available)
- Proficiency in contract management.
- Proven ability to report on risks, issues, budget, and schedule.
- Proven ability to implement effective change control.
- Proven ability to support the team to meet the organisational timeframes.
- Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps for project management.
- Experience in analysing data and other quantitative and qualitative information.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively whilst anticipating stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
- Ability to remain positive and respond to pressure in a calm manner, while committing energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.
