**Key role responsibilities**:

- Promote our company's products to achieve sales growth in the Fraser Coast and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, industry partners, and local and regional tourism bodies.
- Support agents in the region by providing timely and relevant information on product updates and changes.
- Manage the local agent portal, ensuring regular communication and up-to-date content.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports for the Sales and Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.
- Organise and manage familiarisation trips with local agents and external partners.
- Provide input on new and existing collateral to ensure its relevance to the target markets.
- Attend trade shows and local networking functions, representing the company as required.
- Coordinate local radio, print, display, and digital advertising in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Assist in the creation and promotion of local on-island events.
- Support and collaborate with other team members to foster a positive work environment.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills are essential; ability to create rapport and empathy towards inspiring a positive culture.
- Effective negotiation and delegation skills.
- Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to lead others toward achieving objectives.
- People management skills and understanding of cultural diversity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire colleagues and team members.
- Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to prioritise a high volume workload, be flexible in dynamic environments, and work unsupervised.
- Ability to travel to K'gari (Fraser Island) and work outside office hours as required.
- Hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence.
