What you'll do:

- Provide effective management for projects within the test environment to upgrade and maintain systems.
- Responsible for working with test managers to implement solutions to build test environments and work with support teams to perform operational handovers.
- Responsible for working with support and security teams to maintain a secure infrastructure platform to remain compliant with business security needs.
- Support and work with Project teams for E2E test environment integration activities across multiple platforms with teams both internal and external to Sky.
- Identify and make improvements to your test infrastructure and tools to increase the velocity of test cycles without compromising on quality. And share findings with the wider team.
- Work with your direct reports to help them set and review personal development plans and agile goals/objectives throughout the year.

What you'll bring:

- Strong technical skills, communication skills and domain knowledge of Sky's headend platform
- Fast problem-solving capabilities. Understand and convey technical concepts and issues and present them to senior management and other stakeholders
- Strong understanding of server technologies, test automation and software industry delivery trends moving towards digital transformation into a CI/CD workflow.
- Highlighting areas of risk and offering solutions to overcome these.

Osterley:
