Support the design, development, and delivery of seat ancillary strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Produce comprehensive reports with recommendations, and translate complex data into practical, actionable insights
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to optimise seat ancillary product performance and commercial outcomes

What you'll bring to the role:
- 3+ years' experience, ideally with product management, strategy or commercial background within a large, complex organisation
- Customer-focused product management skills to effectively gather, document and lead product delivery requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of how strategy, finance, technology and business interrelate
- Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills, effectively influencing and achieving commercial outcomes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing projects and priorities
- Drive to operate autonomously and take initiative, but also thrive in a high performing, collaborative team environment, to help shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap
