Our Warranty team has kicked off an exciting transformation journey, and we are seeking an organised and customer-focused individual to join us as a **Warranty Administrator.**

This position can be based at our Daimler Trucks Laverton site.

**About the role**:

- Efficiently and accurately tracking warranty payments within the department
- Reconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner and in line with warranty policy and procedures
- Compile warranty claim documentation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Verifying submission criteria required by factory or distributor
- Posting credits into the dealer management system
- Following upon payment of outstanding claims
- Controlling warranty parts by ensuring all parts are tagged with mandatory OEM required information, filing and storing of parts in systematic order

**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a Warranty Administration, Technician, Parts or Service Advisor role within a dealership environment is preferred
- Understanding of Warranty policies and procedures
- Ability to interpret technical information relating to automotive products
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite
- Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
