Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warranty claims and policy management.

The key objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service by maintaining effective communication with workshop staff, vendors, and PACCAR representatives. This includes managing warranty repair orders, processing claims, and providing technical advice where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with workshop staff members regarding warranty repairs
  • Adjudicate and process all warranty claims
  • Reconcile vendor and PACCAR warranty claims
  • Submit warranty claims to PACCAR and respective manufacturers
  • Manage, update, and close warranty repair orders and warranty repair order control
  • Identify and provide advice for warranty process improvement
  • Assist with all warranty-related requests

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organisational ability. Key qualifications include:

  • Specialised knowledge of Automotive industry and heavy vehicle knowledge
  • High level of technical proficiency in DAF, Cummins, Eaton, Bendix, ESA, Meritor, DANA
  • Qualified Diesel/Motor Mechanic (desirable)
  • Experience in Costing (preferred)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
