The key difference with this organisation is that they are an Accredited Certificate Provider in the Energy Efficiency space, which is a licence only a handful of energy efficiency businesses in Australia can obtain. From that they have very strong operational procedures, regiments, processes, project management and compliance; which all extrapolates in to their daily function and culture, making them a cut above the rest in the industry.
The key products and solutions they deliver en masse are; Solar, Heat Pump, HVAC & other Electrical / Plumbing related solutions to the Residential & Commercial markets. They engage 3rd party contractors who are Electricians & Plumbers and other trades to install and deliver the products to their customers’ homes or facilities.
To summarise the set up: this business makes the sale to their customers for Electrical or Energy Efficient products to be installed at the customers site. They then engage their contractors to deliver and install the products to the site, and then also engage with them if there are any warranty or repairs.

**Your position**
This is key role in the business as their
**National Trade Relationship Manager**. Your main responsibility is to manage the network of relationships of trades partners who are Electricians, Plumbers, and other licenced trades specialists who are the third-party contractors installing products and delivering projects for this organisation. Your main duties will be:
- Relationship management of a large network of Electricians & Plumbers mainly
- Sourcing new trades partnerships and third-party contractors
- Handling the introduction, contracts, and inception of trades partners
- Assure the trades partners are up to date with licences and insurances
- Strengthen the relationships and manage them ongoingly
- Keeping in contact with the 3rd party contractors
- Aspiring to bring some contractors & trades partners in-house (long term)
- Help develop policy and procedures for the on-going partnerships
- Visit trades partners locally and regionally to strengthen relationships
- Manage performance and delivery of trades partners
- Ensure compliance is met and develop management systems for that
- Trades price management and cost control
- Manage warranty requests and call outs
- Help grow and execute on the in-house trade network growth
- Have full support from a large operations, project management, and administrative team
- Project management team handle all the install scheduling and technical work, you just manage relationships
- Reporting to and working alongside the company director

**Experience needed**

To be considered for this role you MUST have experience in managing a network of relationships with Trades people and Trades companies, ideally in Electrical or Plumbing.
You will be able to communicate effectively with Electricians and Plumbers from small to large entities, maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, deal with commercial agreements and help solve problems and handle issues or concerns with them.
