OverviewProcess Worker - Matt Assembly (Part-Time) role at The Comfort Group - Asia Pacific.
This is a part-time production operator position in mattress assembly.The Comfort Group is Australia's largest bedding and specialty foams manufacturer, producing premium foam and bedding products for brands including Sleepyhead, SleepMaker, Beautyrest, Dunlop Foam and Tattersfield.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mattresses using tools and machineryHandle materials including foam, springs, and fabricFollow instructions and safety protocols carefullyConduct quality checks during productionWork efficiently to meet daily targetsKeep your work area clean and safeAbout You / QualificationsPrior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essentialPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingReliable, punctual, and a team playerStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyWillingness to learn and follow proceduresOn Offer / BenefitsFlexible shifts – work anywhere between 9am and 10pmShort, manageable shifts (3–4 hours)Monday to Friday – weekends freeOn-the-job training – no mattress-making experience neededFriendly, supportive team environmentApplication processInterviews will be held as soon as possible.
