James Aluminium Products located in Eagle Farm are looking for Process Workers within our Extrusion Production Team.
Ongoing training and development provided, no experience necessary
This is a shift-based role requiring availability across afternoon, and night shifts
The RoleAs a Process Worker, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks including manual packing in the Packing Department.
Responsibilities also include manual handling, sorting, stacking, and collecting materials.
This is an entry-level role with full training provided.The PersonAbility to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accuratelyExceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCapable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a teamPhysically fit with strong manual handling skillsWillingness and ability to work rotating shift workOwn reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hoursThe Benefits38-hour week with Monthly Paid RDO
