**Key Criteria**
- Experience supporting Windows Server and desktop environments.
- Experience supporting and administering changes to Microsoft infrastructure roles and services including but not limited to DHCP, Active Directory user and group management, DNS, and Group Policy.

**Desired Criteria**:

- Experience in administering or implementing Microsoft 365 Defender (also known as Advanced Threat Protection).
- Experience administering Citrix XenDesktop environments or updating Citrix or VMWare VDI images.
- Experience in automating common IT and system tasks with PowerShell or Azure based tools (e.g. Azure Automation).
