As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership and employees to deliver HR solutions that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. You\'ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management and organisational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand departmental goals and align HR strategies to support business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution and performance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development and workforce planning.
Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience within a dynamic operational environment.
Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
The ability to develop, implement and embed new processes, procedures, policies and systems in a complex environment.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Problem solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in demanding situations.
Ability to travel as required, with a current C class licence.
