As the Healthcare HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving business success by shaping and implementing HR strategies that empower people and address organisational needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders on key challenges around performance and change, while fostering collaboration across HR to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Contribute to the development of business strategies
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Influence leaders in decision-making beyond traditional HR, focusing on organisation effectiveness, change management, and future capabilities
- Drive talent development and retention strategies
- Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Foster a culture that enhances employee experience and promotes organisational values
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver HR solutions
- Leverage HR data analytics to define and execute actionable plans
- Play a critical role in business transformation and change management
- Monitor market trends and adapt HR strategies to address evolving business needs
- Partner with internal legal team to address labour-related matters
- Maintain compliance with regulatory amendments and labour laws

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related
- Strategic HR experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret awards and agreements
- Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interview, consult, negotiate, influence and resolve complex issues with managers and employees
- Ability to prepare reports and budgets, and monitor variances
- Ability to write clear and succinct policies and procedures and correspondence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in organisational development and change management
- Previous organisational and project management experience
- Strong relationship management skills with business acumen and curiosity
