An exciting opportunity is available for an organised, self-motivated, and passionate Customer Services Officer to be the forefront of our iconic brand and our customer's journey.

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be representing our brand and products to our valuable customers. You will be flexible in the fast-moving, dynamic environment of Darrell Lea. Reporting into the Head of Customer Service, you will liaise between customers, sales and distribution.

This role is based at our head office in Ingleburn with regular office hours.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Contact transport providers for delivery updates, POD's etc.
- Handle consumer feedback
- Alpha/Numeric data entry e.g. orders
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Filing and scanning

**Qualifications & experience**
- A minimum of 2 years previous customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Can establish rapport quickly and empathies with customers
- Self motivated and good organisational skills
- Works well in a team environment
