**About the Role**

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an individual with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environments. Your main responsibilities will include:

- First point of contact for retail sales and enquiries;
- Receiving and storing of incoming goods;
- Order processing including point of sale and invoicing;
- Picking and packing of outgoing goods to customers and store transfers;
- Assist with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes;
- Building excellent customer relationships;
- Champion safety and compliance requirements;
- General duties supporting the branch in the day to day operations

**About You**

You will have experience working in a retail and/or a warehouse environment. Ideally you will have a Cert III in Retail and/or a Forklift licence (or willingness and ability to obtain). A HR licence would be advantageous but not essential. The ability to work autonomously, although at times within a wider team too, are key to the success of this role.

Other skills and experiences required include strong written and verbal communication skills, numerical ability, time management, IT skills, problem solving and effective interpersonal skills alongside experience of Point of Sale transactions, inventory/stock control and the use of forklifts.
