**Your new company**

This organisation is a leading civil infrastructure contractor that work on a diverse range of projects across Australia. They cover a range of major projects such as water, rail and roads, to name a few and their services encompass every aspect of utility infrastructure design and construction.

**Your new role**

This role will assist with management and coordination of incoming and outgoing pre-contract correspondence. You will be responsible for:
Writing, collating and presentation of tender submissions- Maintain and update the development register and submission folders
- Assist in collating response to stakeholder queries for the broader team in a timely manner
- Take accurate meeting and workshop minutes and distribute in a timely manner
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and continually developing effective submission documentation and templates
- Issue correspondence to relevant personnel and update the document registers
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Schedule and review meetings with relevant stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have demonstrated experience in the coordination of tender submissions, be proficient in using relevant software as well as an understanding of submissions, contract terms and conditions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key, as is the ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
