We are seeking a highly skilled Tendering and Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Customer Development team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive tender responses, ensuring alignment with Requests for Tender (RFTs) and delivery methodologies.
- Develop compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
- Engage in digital and social media activities, maintaining and updating company websites and creating engaging written and graphical content for social media.
- Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures, and information flyers for diverse business needs.
- Conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency and coordinate internal company publications.
- Experience & Research:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar tendering/marketing coordination role with proven research and content application skills for tender responses.
- Communication & Proofreading:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, complemented by strong proofreading abilities.
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) or equivalent graphic design software.
- Time Management & Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Teamwork & Process-Oriented:
- Proven teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a process-focused approach to tasks.
