Tendering and Marketing Coordinator

Description

This role is a key part of our Strategic Customer Development team, providing crucial tendering and marketing support across various customer streams.

  • Coordinate comprehensive tender responses, from assembly and formatting to proofreading and quality checks, ensuring alignment with RFTs and delivery methodologies.
  • Create compelling content for tenders, manage the tender library, and ensure consistent brand alignment across all company materials and digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update company websites and assist in creating engaging written and graphical content for social media, aligning with brand voices.
  • Produce impactful infographics, capability brochures and information flyers for diverse business needs.
  • Conduct peer reviews of content for accuracy and consistency and coordinate internal company publications.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate exceptional research and content application skills for tender responses. Additionally, advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro) are required. Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting deadlines are also essential.
