Senior Tender Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Bid Coordinator to join our National Bid Management team. As a highly organized professional, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of materials to support winning tenders.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional administration and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite are required.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting all aspects of tender and proposal submissions, including editing, writing, graphics production, maintaining response templates, and coordinating activities.
You will work collaboratively with Bid Managers and Subject Matter Experts to review and edit tender responses that clearly answer the question.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be able to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or be willing to undergo extensive training.
