About Us:One Tree Defence Unit Puckapunyal, located near Seymour in Regional Victoria, is committed to providing an enriching and nurturing environment where children thrive.
We adhere to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on delivering high-quality educational programs that foster holistic development.
We have placements for 86 children across our long day care.
Our facilities include pre-kindergarten, nursery, toddler room, preschool, and outside-of-school-hours care.
Operating hours are from 7 am to 6 pm.
Our Before and After School Care programs run from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm during school terms, with a holiday program from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
You will work with children aged 0–12 years.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance
Current First Aid Qualification
A bright personality and good energy
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Proven ability to build and lead a cohesive team
Capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
