Seeking an exceptional Educational Leader to join our team in Seymour, VIC. As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will be responsible for leading a cohesive team of educators and providing high-quality educational programs that foster holistic development.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Clearance, and a First Aid Qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and lead a team, and work effectively under pressure.

We offer a unique opportunity to work with children aged 0–12 years, developing their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. Our centre adheres to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement educational plans that meet individual children's needs
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress
  • Maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve centre goals

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Clearance
  • First Aid Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
