Reporting to the Brisbane Ramp Manager, you will be responsible for providing payroll and general administration support to the International and Domestic Operations Teams
- Payroll data entry and processing, in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide day to day support to the Management group
- Maintaining information in Time and Attendance and Payroll Systems
- General administrative duties and filing
- Maintain and update listings of new employees and their category.
- Maintain listings of any changes to the employees' category.
- Maintain records of departing employees and their last date of employment.
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Order and maintain uniforms for staff
- Data entry of airline sales reports and preparation of banking
- Ordering of stationary
**Safety, Security and Compliance**

- Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents or dangerous occurrences to their manager / supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in this manual.
- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
- Fully understand the company health and safety policy.
- Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.
- Engage with MORSE and follow our code principles.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Professional, approachable and warm in style with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to hold and maintain a full unrestricted driver's license (airside and main road)
- The ability to work at pace and meet critical payroll deadlines
- Previous experience in the same or similar role for a minimum of 1-2 years, particularly within the aviation industry
- Effectively and efficiently work autonomously
- You will be extremely flexible and happy to get down into the detail and be operational
- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solution based outcomes
- Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible
- Strong stakeholder services skills
- Effective and efficient time management skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail
- Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to be a superuser utilizing systems such as Kronos Dimensions and UKG Platforms
