In this newly created role, we are seeking an IBP Commercial Planning Manager who will be responsible for the leadership and development of the demand planning platform as a key component of the Integrated Business Planning process across The Arnott's Group (TAG).

Reporting to the Director of IBP, with a dotted line into our Chief Customer Officer, you will be accountable for delivering thought leadership and strategic direction and recommendations to design, build, and implement best in class demand planning solutions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with The Arnott's Group's broader IBP Improvement Plan, build the Demand Planning strategy that outlines our improvement initiatives across people, process and digital solutions
- Own the design, build and implementation of all IBP Demand Planning initiatives
- Lead the transition from current-state to a best-in-class future-state demand planning organisation
- Using your considerable expertise, facilitate the monthly Demand Review in consultation with Sales, Finance, and the broader Demand Planning Team
- Ensure linkage with the Portfolio Planning Manager on NPD forecasting
- Build and own the governance framework for IBP Demand Planning ensuring clear line of sight of and RACI for core attributes across our demand planning process
- Provide though leadership of the "right" metrics and key performance indicators for tracking the success of the Demand Planning process and its sub-processes
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Demand Planning team and broader IBP community
- Challenge the status quo and lead a mentality of continuous improvement that drives a culture of excellence in IBP

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- 7-10 years' experience in leading Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning
- Exceptional working knowledge of Planning Systems, Reporting & Advanced Analytics Tools and IBP Management Tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI)
- +5 years' experience in FMCG/CPG, Pharmaceutical or associated industries, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance or Marketing essential
- Highly analytical and detailed focused
- Exceptional communicator
