Role Description
This is a permanent part-time role for a mature and experienced Practice Manager, based in Camberwell, VIC.
As a Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient, smooth, and effective operational functioning.
This includes coordinating administrative staff, managing patient scheduling, overseeing billing processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative and operational management in a healthcare setting, especially with patients with complex mental health care needs and in the paediatric population
Proficiency in patient scheduling, billing processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Strong leadership and team coordination skills and a kind and caring attitude
Must be proficient with medical terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Relevant qualifications in Healthcare Administration
Experience with electronic medical record management systems coreplus and clinic to cloud a very desirable attribute or ability to learn these systems independently
